What is Quality Management
Quality Management (QM) refers to the coordinated activities that command and control an organization with respect to quality. It covers four major core modules: quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement. PDCA Cycle: Basic Method for Quality Improvement
The PDCA cycle is the most fundamental and core methodology in quality management, promoted by Dr. Deming and also known as the "Deming Wheel."
Four Stages of PDCA

- D (Do) Do: Implement the plan, collect data
